📝 JOB DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an experienced Senior automotive/mobility recruitment specialist/business manager to place design styling/engineering consultants with leading Swedish and EU OEMs and their Tier 1 Suppliers in the automotive and mobility sector.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in the EU automotive design recruitment 6 years plus. 
• Demonstrated past placements with OEMs or their tier-1 supplier's
• Existing worldwide network within automotive design community worldwide
• Understanding of automotive design processes and roles
• Portfolio of successful placements
• Experience with contract/consultant management
• Holding an EU passport or current work permit.
• Will be based in Sweden full time.

 ✅ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source worldwide and place top-tier automotive design talent.
• Manage relationships with major Swedish and EU/UK automotive OEMs.
• Build and maintain a network of design consultants, managers etc.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process.
• Negotiate contracts and terms.
• Monitor industry trends and talent movement.

✅ ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Strong industry network and connections.
• Excellent relationship building abilities.
• Deep understanding of automotive design sector.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Team player.
• Fluent English.

✅ YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

• Previous successful placements in automotive design.
• Active industry network.
• Track record of client relationship management.
• Quick adaptation to new business environments.
• Able to get involved and work at all areas of the business.
