📝 JOB DESCRIPTION

Design Project leader
As a project leader within design, you will play a critical role in managing the development and execution of design projects from concept to completion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, not just within design but also, engineering, manufacturing, marketing plus external partners. You will ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the quality standards.

📝 Assignment description and main responsibilities

• Responsible to set up a time plan according to milestones and deliveries
• Set up program budgets with all design teams.
• Follow up and secure that deliveries are made in time and within budget
• Participate in project management team meetings and be the voice of design
• Make sure that all design teams are aligned
• Monitor project progress with  status updates to stakeholders and line management
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and design reviews to align team on project objectives.
• Streamline project workflows and enhance efficiency

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc., M.Sc. Eng or equivalent, and/or solid relevant working experience
• Experience from project management within the Automotive business
• Deep understanding of the automotive design process
• Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset and team oriented
