📝 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the creation of UX concepts, wireframes and interface design for infotainment and digital vehicle functions.

• Assist in feature development and design improvements based on user needs, customer feedback and market requirements.

• Participate in user research, user clinics and usability evaluations to identify insights and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners and validation teams to support implementation and ensure UX quality.

• Contribute to benchmarking and competitor analysis of automotive UX/UI systems and experiences.

• Support design reviews, workshops and stakeholder presentations to communicate UX concepts and findings.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Some experience (e.g. from internships, student projects or 0–2 years in industry) as a UX Designer,

Interaction Designer or similar role in digital product development.

• Basic understanding of user-centered design methods, wireframing and prototyping.

• Good basic understanding of UX principles, usability and interaction design, and a strong willingness to learn.

• Interest in user research, usability testing and/or customer feedback analysis (hands-on experience is a plus).

• Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with Figma or similar UX/UI design tools.

• Experience in the automotive industry is considered an advantage.
