You will be based on the west coast of Sweden in a satellite setup: most of the week at the Engage Studios office in the same time zone as the client, and about two days per week on-site with our client. This is a longterm, full-time assignment.

📝 JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for interior surface designers to support interior trim development from mid program through Class-A delivery, working as part of a satellite team across more than one project.

You will deliver high-quality Class-A interior surfaces, work to technical requirements, and align planning and deliveries to the client’s release plan.

Tools: Autodesk Alias Surface, CATIA V5, Microsoft Teams.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in automotive interior surface design.

• Capable of delivering high-quality Class-A surfaces.

• Knowledge of technical requirements and how they affect surface work.

• Experience with Autodesk Alias Surface.

• CATIA V5 is used on the assignment.

• Comfortable working in a satellite team with about two days per week on-site at the client on the west coast of Sweden.

💫 YOUR PROFILE

Highly experienced in automotive surface design. Structured, collaborative, and able to challenge and implement technical requirements without losing surface quality. Proactive about risks and deviations from the release plan.
